Unlike unmanaged marketplaces where you take on 100% of the hiring and delivery risk, FreelanceFlow operates as a managed engineering firm. We design your project architecture, match you with vetted engineers from our secure bench, and assign a dedicated leader to continuously audit code quality and timeline delivery.
A-Tech charges a flat management fee on top of the engineer's hourly or milestone rate. This covers full architectural supervision, dedicated project management, internal peer-reviews of all code before delivery, and legal infrastructure security.
When a milestone is finalized, you secure that milestone's funds in our secure escrow wallet. The engineer begins coding, knowing the capital is backed. Funds are only released to the engineer after our internal A-Tech architecture panel audits the code and you explicitly sign off on the delivery.
Because we operate as a cohesive engineering firm, your code repository is managed under our central organization. If a developer needs to be replaced, our technical leads immediately assign a pre-vetted substitute from our active bench, ensuring zero disruption to your product roadmap.
